Onism (oh-niz-uhm): The Awareness of How Little Of the World You'll Experience
The biggest challenge in developing this project was addressing the lack of reliable, authentic reviews for young travelers and study abroad students, as well as creating a way for them to connect with others. Many existing platforms are flooded with paid advertisements that don’t reflect real user experiences. My app, Onism, solves this by offering unbiased, up-to-date reviews alongside a social network that helps travelers meet like-minded people in their area. It seamlessly combines a review platform with a social media experience, making travel more informed and connected.
